Elevating Leadership Through Insightful Expertise
Leaders set the tone. CBG Leadership helps leaders take that responsibility seriously, with a clear system and daily habits that build trust, shape culture, and leave a legacy.
There's no "I" in team, but there is an "I" in leadership.
Leadership isn't about standing apart from the team — it's about standing for it. The Twelve I's Integrated System exists to help leaders take that responsibility seriously: building trust daily, shaping culture with intention, and leaving behind more than results.
How Leadership Mentorship Works
-

The Starting Point
Before you can lead others well, you have to see yourself clearly. Sessions start with an honest look at your current leadership style, strengths, and blind spots, often using the Five Stoppers as a guide.
-

The Framework
From there, you'll work through the Twelve I's one-on-one, but as daily disciplines you can apply immediately to how you lead your team with personalized guidance.
-

The Follow-Through
Mentorship doesn't end when the session does. You'll get ongoing accountability and support as you put the framework into practice, because leadership is an on-going process, not a destination.
About Our Leadership Solutions
CBG Leadership turns good intentions into daily habits. Everything we offer is built on the 12 I's Integrated System, twelve principles that work together to build trust, shape culture, and leave a legacy. It also names the Five Stoppers (Impossible, Isolation, Intimidate, Inconsistent, and Irresponsible), the warning signs that quietly derail even gifted leaders.
From the book to workshops, the assessment, coaching, and keynotes, every solution gives leaders a shared language and something to practice, not just something to read.
About Our Founder
Charles "Buddy" Grimmett is a senior executive who has built, scaled, and led businesses and teams across three countries. Over more than 30 years in corporate, military, and faith-based settings, he has seen what separates leaders who last from those who burn out. His philosophy is simple: move connections from transactional to relational, bridge the gaps between people and generations, and develop servant leaders who make a lasting impact in business and in life.
